Blacksburg High School is located in Blacksburg, Virginia, and is part of the Montgomery County Public School System. Approximately 1200 students are led by 130 staff members. BHS is a Class AA school and sports teams compete in the River Ridge District. The band program is in District 6 of the Virginia Band & Orchestra Directors Association (VBODA).
